Our Directors

Warwick Syers BCA, FCA, FCIS Additional to a general practice clientele and interest in management accounting Warwick covers audit and business reconstructions and insolvency and has a particular empathy with a number of Maori clients.  A former Director on the New Zealand Rugby Union Board and a former Chairman of Northland Rugby he has an enthusiastic interest in rugby and reluctantly picks up a very social golf club! He is currently a Whangarei District Counsellor and chairman of the WDC Financial Support Committee.

Greg Hamilton BCom, CA, ACIM Greg has a special interest in business development and management accounting. He also covers auditing. Addicted to running, cycling and swimming, he is a regular participant in the Round the Lake (Taupo) cycle ride, a strong supporter of rugby and very keen fisherman. He is also a member of the Mangakahia Lions Club.

Chris Pool CA Chris has a vast range of clients involved in all business sectors. He has come from a strong farming background and enjoys working with primary sector clients. Chris has a keen interest in restoring and riding British and American motorcycles and enjoys following all forms of motor sport.
